chimney flashings, pipes & skylights
• Sweep off pine needles, leaves or branches
• Check for
insect / rodent nests in vents, chimney & attic
• Check attic spaces for water accumulation

Find potential leaks before they create major roofing problems
• In the fall, we can even apply de-icer blocks
along eaves to prevent ice dams from forming during the winter. (de-icer blocks are an additional charge.)

We can also power wash your roof to clean off algae, discoloration from weather, pine needles, tree leaves, acid rain,
etc. (additional charges apply)

not minimum wage labor. An inexperienced person on the roof attempting to remove snow can cause irreparable damage to the
roof's components leading to expensive repairs or ultimately complete re-roofing.
What is included in the Roof Top Snow Removal Service?
• Remove the bulk of the weight of snow from the roof, and
ensure all of the roof's ventilation systems are free and clear to function properly.
• Chip and channel moderate*
ice dams to ensure future water flow is allowed.
• We can install Dambuster De-icing pucks along the eaves
if needed. (Add.charge)
• We also clear the side walks, steps or drive way of any snow that has came from the
roof during the roof top snow removal.
How much
does it cost?
The price depends on the size, slope, height and amount of snow on your
roof, but typically starts at $125.00. (Dambuster De-icing pucks are an additional charge.)

* A NOTE ON ICE DAMS: Some ice dams can become too big & solidly attached to remove safely without damaging
the roof & gutters. This is due to length of time the snow covered roof has been left unattended to.
(By placing De-icer blocks along your
eaves BEFORE it snows it will prevent ice dams from forming.
If its already snowed, then you should at least remove the bottom portion of snow from
your roof - early in the season to prevent any chance of ice buildup. When sun does finally re-emerge, it will easily
melt the bottom section allowing for non hindered run off for what is above. De-icer blocks can then be installed to
prevent further damming.
